Day 01 (D)
Arrive in Cape
Town. Transfer to hotel. Accommodations in a standard room for 4 nights. Breakfast
included.
Day 02 (B, L, D)
Full day Peninsula Tour.
What a day! Table Mountain, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, whales,
seals, penguins, boneboks, villages, birds and much more!
Lunch
on the coast.
Dinner at a famous international cafe lcoated on
the beautiful Table Bay Waterfront.
Day 03 (B, L, D)
Cultural Day
We begin the day with a walk down to the waterfront to Clock
Tower where we board the ferry for a tour and visit of Robben Island. A continuation
of our trip to visit neighboring townships, an African lunch and visits with local
kids for an informal social exchange.
Day 04 (B,L,D)
A day at leisure. Optional tours or shopping.
Day 05 (B,D)
Farewell Cape Town - Hello Johannesburg
Accommodations in a standard
room for two nights
Today we take and orientation tour of Jo'burg
visiting the museums and other key sites.
Day 06 (B)
Cultural Day
Today we visit the Apartheid Museum. A fantastic accounting
of the struggles of the people of South Africa. We continue our trip to SOWETO
for one of the tour highlights - the historical Mandela territory and the Hector
Peterson Museum. Lunch at a local shebeen where you will experience the tastes
of Africa and the opportunity to interact with the local people.
Day 07 (BLD)
We are safari bound! Mphumalanga
We
travel to Kruger National Park to spend the next 2 nights on safari. We will hunt
for the Big Five.
A new world awaits you as you enjoy the spectacular sights
and sounds of nature Bring plenty of film!
Day 09
Departure Day
After breakfast we return to Jo'burg and last minute
shopping before evening departure home.
