DAY 1 - Depart Atlanta
DAY 2 - Arrive Johannesburg
Afternoon tour of the sights and sounds of the city, Apartheid Museum
and other local attractions. Evening at leisure (B)
DAY 3 - 6- Transfer to Mala Mala Game Reserve for game viewing
on Safari and a Bush "Braai"
DAY 7 - Return to Johannesburg. Stop for shopping at a local
open air market.
Tour Soweto visiting the Hector Peterson Museum and Mandela Territory.
Lunch at a local shebeen. (B, L)
Evening optional night out for local theatrical presentation (if available).
DAY 8 - Morning at leisure for shopping. Afternoon
transfer to airport and Cape Town.
Special African treat at a local African restaurant. (B, D)
DAY 9 - Full Day Peninsular Tour (B)
A fun night on your own
DAY 10 - Full Day Cultural tour to include visit to local
township, self-help projects, schools.
Tour of Robben Island (prison home for Nelson Mandela)
Tonight, another treat for the farewell dinner
DAY 11 - Day of leisure. Relax or shop until afternoon transfer
to the airport and a Farewell to Africa.
DAY 12 - Arrive home.
